I'll fight you 'til the bloody end, screaming how it is all your fault... knowing the whole time that I have nobody to blame but myself for letting this consume me so completely.

And only at that bloody end will I finally confront you full-on in the face, and see all I hoped to never become reflected right back into me... only then will I consider letting go, and hope to sink in peace.

the preceding text is what is written in the red "text box." it also happens to sum up everything behind this piece in one nice tidy lil package. :) originally inspired by Tool's song The Grudge... then taken into my own personal depths to pull out what i needed with it.

this piece was in the works for some time, when i had very little time to devote to it... then in one introspective evening it all came together, and a few days worth of work later it was finished. twas quaite enjoyable, i must say.

ok... hope you all enjoy this piece. :D

most artists i know, seem to put theirselves and their emotions into their work, but none that ive seen do it to the deepths and lengths that you seem to go.

thank you for those kind words. good to know that you feel that way about my work.

and yes, the freakshow is still in to works. its the one thing i get working on and inevitably have to stop, because something big comes up and interrupts its progress. it shall be finished eventually though, i hope :D

very very nice work.... to say the least! I have to :+fav: because it is so wonderfully executed..from the idea to the blending and color. very surreal and thought provoking. It makes me want to listen to that song now, lol.

Your work always reminds me of something from a dream.....well my dreams I guess ;) The amount of detail you brought into this and the way they all work together is just wonderful! So expressive and such depth- one gets caught up in just staring at it for awhile, feeling it thru and thru =)
